We are also employers and leaders in innovation across a range of sectors, equipped with comprehensive knowledge on ‘future skills’ most needed for our future world of work.

Meet Our Founders
Bauhinia Lee had the good fortune of experiencing Whole Person Education throughout her childhood. Even now, she is still learning and refining her skills and building on her interests and knowledge, because learning has always been a continuous journey for her personally. Without a doubt, Bauhinia lives and breathes this belief. There is nothing more exciting than to see others enjoy and benefit from this journey of learning and development!
Bauhinia received an academically rigorous and well-rounded education at two top boarding schools in the UK, St. Swithun's School and Rugby School. For university, she received a Joint Honours Bachelor Degree in Modern Languages & Humanities from King's College London. Having spent 18 years in Britain, she has extensive first-hand knowledge of both boarding schools, universities and their respective application processes. Additionally, she is very familiar and at home with all things British, from culture, humour, and etiquette, to its rich history and current affairs.
Outside of school, Bauhinia built an active portfolio of extracurricular activities to supplement her Whole Person education and development, including sports (lacrosse, horseriding, polo, netball, tennis), musical theatre, and Model United Nations, as well as the summer Global Young Leaders' Programme in the US. She was awarded Academic Scholarships and Music Bursary at both her schools, where she gained first-hand experience with intensive scholarship interview preparation.
Alan Cheung is a serial entrepreneur, having founded Grandion Industrial Ltd. (member of Grandion Group) in 1996. In 2015, Alan launched an innovative re-industrialisation project in Hong Kong, TML (To Make Locally) in HK, focusing on innovative tech & smart supply chain solutions to provide O2O (online-to-offline) solutions in the data economy.
As an Impact Investor and Impact Venture Builder Alan has co-created over 12 new ventures with passionate entrepreneurs, covering a range of industries from Smart Aging to EdTech and Web3. The Grandion Venture Builder ecosystem is the first of its kind in Hong Kong with a mission to build sustainable innovation in creating shared values in our society.
Alan is a leader in public services and an advocate for social entrepreneurship, youth development, innovation and technology in Hong Kong. He is an alumnus of University of Hong Kong.
